Since 2010, Jannie Oeschger has combined a passion for nature with his skills as a mechanical engineer to build a distinctive range of offroad caravans. Today, Bush Lapa Offroad Caravans offers a wide selection to suit every type of camper — the Shongololo, Gogga, Baobab, Ratel, Gravel X, and Bosluis ranges — but it's not just the variety that sets them apart. Bush Lapa is known for unmatched service and superb craftsmanship, with every caravan finished as a masterpiece of detail, complete with sleeping facilities, ample storage, and thoughtful kitchen space.

Safety and durability are core to the build: chassis and bodywork are made on-site from 3CR12 stainless steel, interiors from high-quality aluminium, and every unit fitted with SABS-approved parts and appliances. Designed to look like a trailer, camp like a caravan, and feel like a 4x4, Bush Lapa caravans are built for the road less travelled.

Each caravan carries a unique number — marking its place among the growing Bush Lapa family. With showrooms in Paarl (021 870 1277) and Centurion (012 653 2686), Bush Lapa continues its promise: once a Bushlapian, always a Bushlapian.
