Vagabond Teardrop Caravans is a South African manufacturer of premium lightweight teardrop campers designed for simple, comfortable adventure travel. Vagabond caravans are hand-built in South Africa and combine compact design, practical touring features, and durable construction for road and off-road adventures. The current range includes the road-focused Roamer and the more rugged Rogue, both built around a monocoque fibreglass shell. The Roamer has a dry weight of approximately 520 kg and a 750 kg GVM, making it particularly easy to tow, while the Rogue is designed for more demanding terrain. Customers can configure their caravan with optional equipment including awnings, shower cubicles, fridges, roof racks, solar systems, lithium batteries and upgraded electrical systems. Vagabond also works through an authorised dealer network across several parts of South Africa, including Gauteng, Cape Town, KwaZulu-Natal and the Garden Route.
